檸檬柑橘的香氣先聲奪人,較一般白酒強烈而持久,兼有Adelaide Hills 經典的白油桃果香,100% 蘋果乳酸發酵與橡木的複雜果仁香氣分外適合。細細的白胡椒令口感更多樣化,在口中的時間長了,更有礦物口感湧現,愈趨多樣複雜。礦物和果酸融合輕薄單寧結構,餘韻裊裊。
